Little over 24 hours for the 24hours of learning that this years AU offers will kick off with Carls’ welcome session on Tuesday. Registration opened yesterday, Sunday, at 4pm and several hundred attendees and about 1/4 of speakers have already checked in. Sunday & Monday are my favorite days at AU. It is just great seeing folks walk onto our new campus – before classes start and trying to get the lay of the land. I have also worked with many of the presenter since May and know some of them for 7 years now – so it is almost like a little reunion.
Bad news yesterday was that the truck carrying all our signage broke down on it’s way from Dallas, Texas. It all should be here by opening time. (keeping our fingers crossed)
