It’s a Party!

AU veterans know 3 1/2 days of AU are packed with learning. This year, if you don’t skip any session, you would get 24 hrs of teaching, not counting breaks or lunch. To release stress after class, AU is also known for it’s after hour networking opportunities. Here are some of the highlights.
AUGI Beer Bust – Tuesday @ 7pm

Industry Receptions on Wed @ 8pm
Building – Jet Nightclub (Mirage)
Civil/Geo – Tao Nightclub
Manufacturing – - Tao Lounge
General Design – Las Vegas Sport Park (off site event / buses)
Collaboration – Bouchon Restaurant
(Entry will be by campus listed on your badge)
AU Party & Blue Man Group – Thur @ 8:00 pm / Dinner starts at 6:30p

I am curious about the Blue-man group performance. Do we have to sign up to go to the performance or is it for everyone? I noticed the stadium they perform in holds less then 2000 people and there will be over 5000 people at AU. Anyone know how that works? I would hate to miss it..

Blue Man are coming to us. They will set their stage up in the Venetian Ballroom. Everyone will fit…

I have e-mailed the subscription group at Autodesk, but I have no answer yet…Maybe you can help…I was wondering if the Subscription party interferes with the Industry Parties??? Will subscription members be able to attend both??? Thanks for the help…

Ray just mentioned a Subscription party (my company holds a subscription) … And there was a foul-up with the emails for the Revit Mixer (most of my classes are Revit Structure.) I don’t think I received an email invitation for either of these. Has anyone else missed any emails? (of course, without reading here and AUConnect, how would we know if we don’t receive them??)
